Soft Tissue Therapy isn’t “just” for injury recovery. It can be used as an integral part of your training programme. Help your muscles recover from previous excercise and events. The techniques used at Norfolk Tissue Therapy accelerate the recovery from Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS) and can help in injury prevention.

The importance of understanding the cause of these issues and injuries is overlooked and needs addressing. This is incorporated through assessing, treating and providing remedial exercises and advice to help clients return to their sport and everyday activities.


Mobility is just as important as flexibility, if not more so. The range of motion at a joint is closley related to injury risk. Therefore, ensuring that a client has the ability to move actively through full range of movement is a crucial factor in injury prevention.

Sport taping

Currently training with Sport Tape. Kinesiology Tape is a great way of helping recovery of injuries and providing support on areas of weakness. It aims to reduce pain during the rehabilitaion stage, improve tissue healing and potentially enhances performace, through injury protection.
