Molly Haskins – Soft Tissue Therapist

Molly graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a First Division 2:1 Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Exercise Science. Subsequently, she found an interest in Soft Tissue Therapy. She undertook intensive training at the Regents University, London, for one year. This resulted in her qualification as a BTEC Level 5 Professional Diploma – Soft Tissue Therapist. Molly is a member of “ISRM” which provides regular CPD courses to further her knowledge and improve her skills. She is also a qualified Gym Instructor. Molly is a Clinical Content Writer for Optimi Health. Optimi Health are an official Sports Medicine Partner for the England Athletics and many other prestigious global sports establishments.

Assess, treat and educate

Molly enjoys exercising regularly and has seen the negative impact that sports injuries can have on individuals, recreational and professional athletes. She believes that the importance of understanding the cause of these issues and injuries is overlooked and needs addressing. This is incorporated through assessing, treating and providing remedial exercises and advice to help clients return to their sport and everyday activities. Molly mainly operates in and around the North Norfolk coastal area – Heacham & Burnham Market and inland Gayton to Little Massingham & Fakenham.
